You will be working with a growing Victorian based civil contractor, who have been in operation for over 20 years, working for both private and public sector clients. A family owned business, they take pride in looking after their people and providing a great environment for people to work. They are a respected player in the Victorian market and as such have seen strong growth as the industry has grown in recent years.
Due to the growth of the business and workload, they are now in search of a project administrator to assist the operations team. As part of the business support team, you will provide support to the operations team based in the Melbourne office in the North Western suburbs. As part of a small team, you will work across multiple areas of business support in a fast paced environment.
You will work closely with the operations team, and play a key role in the management and distribution of information, liaising with suppliers and resolving queries, and provide a high level of support to the Operations Manager.
You will have experience in a similar role in a fast paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the construction industry. You will be positive and proactive in mindset, with strong organisational skills and a focus on attention to detail. You will be tech-savvy and have advanced MS Office skills and experience with MYOB is an advantage.
